We empower young athletes to become leaders, fostering a unified community through transparent interactions and instilling values that transcend the field. Embracing these principles, we aspire to develop not only skilled football players and a winning culture but also responsible, empathetic leaders positively impacting the world around them.

As the President of Morristown Youth Football, Greg’s role involves visionary leadership, strategic planning, and fostering positive relationships. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, he'll ensure policies align with our mission, manage conflict resolution, develop and promote culture, and promote inclusivity, sportsmanship, integrity and the overall growth of the league.

DUSTY KOEKENBERG

Vice President

As the Vice President of Morristown Youth Football, Dusty is integral to shaping the league's vision and ensuring organizational alignment. Collaborating with the Board of Directors, he represents the league, engages in community outreach, contributes to staff development, and navigates operational challenges, exemplifying commitment to a positive, inclusive culture.

AMANDA WARREN

Secretary

As the Secretary of Morristown Youth Football, Amanda plays a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency involving meticulous documentation of meetings and decisions. Collaborating closely with leadership, she manages correspondence, helps coordinate events, and ensures compliance, contributing significantly to the league's positive culture and promoting events through administrative and collaborative efforts.

Treasurer

As the Treasurer of Morristown Youth Football, Renee is pivotal in the organization's financial management, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Collaborating closely with leadership, her responsibilities include overseeing budget development, tracking financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing financial guidance, contributing significantly to the league's fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include securing partnerships, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring excellent stewardship, contributing valuable insights on partnership performance and actively identifying new opportunities for the league's growth and impact.

APRIL ALLFORD

Communications and Grants Manager

As the Communications and Grants Manager for Morristown Youth Football, April’s role involves elevating the league's profile through a comprehensive communication strategy and engaging content creation. Additionally, she plays a crucial part in managing the grant-seeking process, conducting research, developing compelling proposals, and collaborating closely with leadership for accurate and impactful grant applications, ensuring the league's success in communication and funding endeavors.

SARA STRABER

 Team Liaison Manager

As the Team Liaison Manager for Morristown Youth Football, Sara’s role involves coordinating and supporting the league's Team Moms, serving as a communication hub between them, coaching staff, and administrators. Responsibilities include conducting orientations, facilitating event coordination, and resolving issues to foster a positive team environment, all while ensuring proper documentation and collaboration with other managers for the league's success.
